French Technique. Peruvian Soul. One Night Only.
September 20, 2025 06:00 PM until September 18, 2025 10:00 PM
Brasserie Margot marks Hispanic Heritage Month with a Four Hands Dinner that unites two of Atlanta’s most buzzed-about chefs for an unforgettable night of storytelling through food.
Jon Novak, acclaimed Executive Chef of Brasserie Margot, honed his craft in Michelin-recognized kitchens, earning acclaim for his signature approach to modern French dining. Known for balancing artistry with approachability, Novak has become one of the city’s chefs to watch.
Joining him is Arnaldo Castillo, the James Beard Award–nominated chef behind Tio Lucho’s—recently named one of Bon Appétit’s “Best 11 Restaurants in Atlanta.” Born in Peru and raised in the South, Castillo’s cooking bridges cultures with dishes that are bold, soulful, and deeply personal, drawing national attention for their flavor and heart.
Together, the chefs will create a 4–5 course tasting menu, beginning with an amuse-bouche and unfolding into a lively dialogue between French technique and Peruvian flavor. Expect a celebratory evening where every dish reflects heritage, collaboration, and the energy of Atlanta’s dining scene.
Seats are limited, and this one-night-only event promises to be one of the season’s most talked-about dinners.
