Join us for Easter Brunch Sunday on April 5, 2026, with Brasserie Margot and Bar Margot transformed into a vibrant spring celebration. Guests can explore interactive culinary stations, seasonal displays and festive moments throughout the hotel, including appearances from the Easter Bunny.

Led by Executive Chef Axel Torres, the menu features a dynamic spread, from carved spring lamb and prime rib to fresh seafood, brunch favorites, and an elegant dessert presentation. Easter Brunch is priced at USD 168++ per adult and USD 84++ for children ages 5–11, with seatings beginning at 11:00 am. 

The weekend also includes Easter Afternoon Tea on April 4, offering a refined yet festive experience for all ages.
